Bakery Fair 2025 Takes Centerstage Anew at the World Trade Center

The Bakery Fair 2025 is poised to once again become one of the country’s main events to reunite bakers, businessmen, and enthusiasts in the world. It is a project of the Filipino Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI) which has been promoting the bakery industry in the country since 2001.

Held from March 6-8, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, the fair will serve as a dynamic platform for exchanging innovations, technology, and creative techniques in baking.

Confirmed celebrity attendees who are also into baking are Marvin Agustin and Rhian Ramos.

“This event is not just a celebration of bread, cakes and pastries. It is a testament to our unwavering faith in the Philippine economy and our commitments to uplifting the entire industry. This event is more than just a trade show. It is a movement of elevating the standards, quality, and aspirations of the Philippine baking industry,” said Christopher Ah, the FCBAI President. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to participate in various workshops, competitions, demonstrations, discussions, and others led by industry experts, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth. This event is not only aimed at showing the rich diversity of culinary skills from different cultures but aims to inspire local bakers to lift their craft and embrace new trends that will shape the industry further.
