Beautéderm CEO Rhea Anicoche-Tan mentors young entrepreneurs in Pampanga
True to her promise to inspire other entrepreneurs, Beautéderm CEO and President Rhea
Anicoche-Tan delivered an important message to exclusive group of business owners in Pampanga, YEP (Young Entrepreneurs of Pampa monga), last Thursday at the Beautéderm
Headquarters, Angeles City.
“When you dream, make it big. And if you made it, extend a hand,” Anicoche-Tan told the YEP members who attended the first-ever general membership meeting.
She added, “Let your brand of success be a testament to God’s greatness and goodness.”
The skincare executive talked about her journey—from being a marketing director for an appliance company to building her own company that helps the community’s elderly group and grants scholarships to students seeking financial assistance.
Beautéderm, Anicoche-Tan’s very own brand, serves as an instrument to uplift lives. Aside from thousands of distributors and resellers in the Philippines, Anicoche-Tan’s growing
empire has already gone international. The brand now has a branch in neighboring Southeast Asian country Singapore. It is also endorsed by no less than the country’s showbiz A-listers
like Dingdong Dantes, Marian Rivera, Bea Alonzo, and Piolo Pascual.
Despite Anicoche-Tan’s success, she remains humble—treating her employees well, providing her family’s needs, and giving her time to those who showed up from the start.
During her YEP’s talk, the Beautéderm boss said, “Stay grounded and have an attitude of gratitude.” She reminded young entrepreneurs that fame and fortune should not change their core.
During her latest speech, Anicoche-Tan ended, “Honor your parents,” which reminded the YEP members that being successful is really about honoring your roots. Anicoche-Tan announced that they’ll be opening more Beautéderm stores.
When YEP was asked why Anicoche-Tan was chosen to be the event’s VIP guest, a
representative answered, “Women’s month may have ended but we don’t stop celebrating women and the work that they do. We are interested in knowing about Rhea’s story and how she successfully built her brand. She is an inspiration to everyone.”
