“Tres Marias”, The Contractor Family of Southern Metro Manila

The corruption of the mother and daughter running together for the leadership of the city—the son as mayor, the mother as vice mayor, and the other brother as a councilor—should be exposed.

According to the information we received directly from within the Mayor’s Office, the wife of the current vice mayor is a City Hall contractor, while the wife of the running councilor has a long-standing contract for the repair of the city’s damaged garbage trucks. The mayor’s brother is also a contractor for infrastructure projects. It is estimated that they earn millions of dollars each month from the city’s coffers.

They turned the poor city into a dairy and a business. Meanwhile, the vice mayor’s mother is allegedly receiving SOP from major projects, the purchase of medicines for health centers, and other projects in the city. It is clear that they are using their position to maintain their influence and continue to benefit from the people’s money.

City residents need to know this! We should not allow a family to stay in a position that puts its own interests first. The city was just being milked, so it was left behind by other cities in Metro Manila.

Behind their kind and generous image is their true demeanor—being completely horrendous to their staff members. Their gallantry does not come from their own pockets, but from government funds. Everything they do is purely hypocritical.
