NELIA: AN EXCITING MMFF 2021 FILM COMING STARRING WINQYN MARQUEZ

The newest film company in Philippine Tinsel Town, A and Q Productions Film, Inc. for their maiden motion picture venture, introduces everyone to “NELIA,” a contemporary movie about a curious woman that will surely intrigue, frighten and make audiences scream.

Nelia, with beauty queen and actress WinWyn Marquez, portraying the title role, her womanly instincts and gut feel are aroused because of the mysterious cases happening in the hospital where she work. To what revelations her curiosity will lead her to uncover, all of it will be seen in this film directed by Lester Dimaranan with screenplay written by its producer Melanie Honey Quiño.

The former Reinahispanoamericana winner is obviously psyched that her first lead role is ina film which turned out to be part of the prestigious local filmfest. “I was watching from FB Live nung announcement and kinakabahan ako kasi syempre mga unang movies na binanggit napakalaking mga artista at pinaghandaan na mga pelikula din. Hindi ako masyado nag expect pero i was hoping padin nung biglang binanggit yung synopsis naparecord ako bigla kasi di ako makapaniwala. mixed emotions talaga. Kabado, tuwa, takot etc pero sobrang grateful na napili ang Nelia dahil alam ko buong cast and production binigay lahat nung ginagawa ang film. Tinawagan ko agad dad ko para balitaan siya,” Winwyn happily shared.

Shooting began last March in the post card perfect and IG friendly location of Gapan, Nueva Ecija.

The power tandem behind A and Q Productions Film, Inc. are Attorney Aldwin F. Alegre and Attorney Mary Melanie H. Quiño.

Winwyn Marquez’ co-stars are Raymond Bagatsing and Ali Forbes. The supporting cast members are Mon Confiado, Lloyd Samartino, Shido Roxas,  Dexter Doria, Dan Alvaro, Sarah Javier, April Anne Dolot, Massey Shamsoddin, and Red Atienza. Introducing are Juan Carlo Galano and Aldwin Alegre.
