The Sony Xperia 1 VII Arrives

After nearly a year, Sony has returned to the smartphone industry. The Sony Xperia 1 VII has been formally introduced by the company in Europe.

The 6.5-inch Full HD+ LTPO OLED screen of the Xperia 1 VII has a refresh rate of 120 Hz and is shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

A new 48MP primary camera, a 48MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 12MP telephoto are among the cameras in the back optics. It has a 12-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

The new Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, 12GB of RAM, and either 256GB or 512GB of storage power it from underneath.

In addition to supporting 30W wired, 15W wireless, and reverse wireless, it still runs on a 5,000mAh battery.

It comes pre-installed with the most recent version of Android 15. Sony guarantees six years of security patches and four years of operating system updates.
