Samsung introduces its line of customized AI home appliances in the Philippines

Samsung’s latest high-end refrigerator costs an astounding PHP 190k!

In the Philippines, Samsung recently revealed its new Bespoke AI line of household appliances, which includes a number of brand-new washing machines and refrigerators.

Samsung isn’t stopping there when it comes to AI, even if the company has released a wide range of AI phones in the last year. This is due to Samsung’s efforts to incorporate AI capabilities into its most recent high-end household products.

At the Bespoke AI launch in the Philippines, which took place earlier today at Whitespace Manila, these innovative AI appliances were introduced. Samsung displayed a variety of new washing machines and refrigerators with AI capabilities and SmartThings connectivity during the event.

“At the heart of everything we do at Samsung is our goal to make the lives of our customers better and easier with our technology, including our home appliances,” said Ramon Medina, Head of Digital Appliances for Samsung Electronics Philippines. “We are proud that our newest Bespoke AI appliances are a testament to Samsung’s deeper commitment to integrating AI across the connected experience to cater to diverse lifestyles.”

First up are the Bespoke AI Side-by-Side Refrigerators, which have a number of AI enhancements, such as the 9″ AI Family Hub LCD screen that shows updates on the refrigerator’s display and allows customers to operate smart gadgets. For smartphone control of the refrigerator, this smart hub can also be linked to Samsung’s SmartThings mobile app. Additionally, users can receive information from the Daily Board, listen to music, and exchange images using the Family Hub.

In terms of functionality, these Samsung refrigerators also contain practical design elements like the All-around Cooling function, which guarantees that every area of the refrigerator is consistently cold.

Another option is the AI Top-load Washer, which automatically modifies its cycle settings to provide a softer wash. Additionally, it has a Super Speed mode that speeds up the spin speed and shoots strong water jets to reduce the amount of time needed for rinsing.
