KTM & HUSQVARNA UNVEIL NEXT-GEN MOTORCYCLES IN THE PHILIPPINES

Quezon City, February 25, 2025 – KTM Philippines and Husqvarna proudly introduced their latest upgrades & models at an exclusive press launch event, marking a new era of performance and innovation in the country’s motorcycle industry. The event showcased the much-anticipated KTM 390 Duke, Husqvarna 401 Svartpilen, and Husqvarna 401 Vitpilen, highlighting cutting-edge technology, superior design, and an enhanced riding experience.

Held at Tipsy Pig Timog in Quezon City, the event gathered key industry leaders, media representatives, influencers, and motorcycle enthusiasts. Guests were given an exclusive look at the new models as the event marked a new era for both brands under the exclusive distribution of Lucky MAPI in the Philippines.

KTM and Husqvarna have established themselves as leading brands in the global and Philippine motorcycle markets, renowned for their high-performance bikes built for adventure and urban mobility. The latest models unveiled at the event are designed to set new standards in style, power, and handling, reinforcing the brands’ commitment to delivering an unparalleled riding experience.

The event opened with an inspiring speech from Mr. Martin Madrid, Chief Operating Officer of Lucky MAPI, who welcomed guests and officially introduced KTM and Husqvarna under their new distribution. He emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering premium motorcycles and enhancing customer experiences in the Philippines.

Exclusive Features and Upgrades

The newly launched motorcycles boast a range of exciting enhancements:

  • KTM 390 Duke – A streetfighter with an aggressive design, featuring a powerful 399cc engine, updated suspension, and advanced ride-by-wire technology. 

Now featuring a refined cornering ABS, upgraded quickshifter, and a new TFT display for enhanced rider control.

  • Husqvarna 401 Svartpilen – A bold scrambler that blends minimalist aesthetics with rugged performance, ideal for urban and off-road adventures.

Improved ergonomics and comfort, an updated suspension system, and enhanced LED lighting for better visibility.

  • Husqvarna 401 Vitpilen – A café racer-inspired model that combines sleek Scandinavian design with a dynamic riding position for optimal road performance.

A sleek new design update, improved power delivery, and a more responsive ride-by-wire throttle system.

All three models are available at a market price of Php309,000.00 each.

Beyond the Launch

During the event, KTM Philippines also announced its upcoming activities, including racing events, community rides, and new dealership expansions to bring the brand closer to enthusiasts nationwide.

Furthermore, an exciting social media contest was introduced, giving attendees and fans a chance to win a brand-new KTM motorcycles by participating in an online challenge where they can win brand-new KTM 200 Duke and KTM RC 200 (worth Php 129,000 each), and the KTM RC 390 (worth Php 215,000).
