EM-CORE President Rey Panaligan Leads Signing Ceremony with Established Manufacturer Compact

EM-CORE, founded in 2015, is an established multi-level and direct selling company. Last August 17, they signed a new 5-year contract with their trusted partner Compact
Pharmaceutical Corporation, the latter being in the business for around half a century now. The signing ceremony happened at The Discovery Suites Ortigas, led by
EM-CORE Chairman, President, and CEO Reynaldo “Rey” Panaligan, Jr., and top executives from both companies.

24 Alkaline C, the flagship brand of EM-CORE, has a new valid certificate of product registration which was released last August 14. The sodium ascorbate vitamin C
has been scientifically studied form the time of ingestion and it has been proven that 98% of the 562mg would be absorbed by the body, since it is not acid-based or
the ascorbic acid commonly available in the market.

Rey started young as an entrepreneur trading luxury cars. He also dabbled in I.T. and eventually got invited in 2003 to a famous networking company,
where he became a shareholder and started his career in that field spanning over 2 decades.

EM-CORE had three founding members but right now he is the sole owner of the company as “tough decisions had to be made.” Regarding the challenge of start-ups, Rey
confesses that “it will really take a toll on your resilience.”

When asked about getting future endorsers popular with the masses like Kim Chiu and Carlos Yulo, Rey is pretty open to that idea. He mentioned that some of their past
endorsers include Sunshine Cruz, David Licauco and Michelle Dy.

Pre-pandemic, EM-CORE had 38 business centers but now the unexpected scenario brought the number down to 21. However, the company has made good progress so far and new business centers will rise in Lipa, Baguio, Cabuyao, and Iloilo soon.
