Luciana Hermann of Nissan Latin America is the recipient of the Woman of Worth award this year

The Woman of Worth (WOW) Award for this year goes to Luciana Hermann of Mexico. The Women’s Worldwide Car of the Year received thirty nominations, and the Regional Communications Director for Nissan Latin America was selected.

Herrmann works for Nissan Latin America (LATAM) as the director of regional communications. She serves as the chair of Women’s Talent’s Diversity Council. She is a creative expert with twenty years of experience in developing integrated campaigns for B2B services, retail, and the automotive industry. She has successfully put together, nurtured, and guided multicultural teams in Brazil, Japan, Venezuela, and Mexico for cross-border operations.

Sandy Myhre, the Honorary President of Women’s Worldwide Car of the Year, is the one who designed and presents the Woman of Worth (WOW) award. The WWCOTY Executive President, Marta Garcia, expressed her happiness that a woman from Latin America has gained some notoriety through the award and noted that the voting procedure was difficult.
