Ms. Baby Go Wants to Make Sure Marc Cubales Sees His Day in Court
Ms. Baby Go of BG Productions International, and CEO of her own conglomerate, has finally had enough of Marc Cubales’ tirades against her.
Decorated lawyer Atty. Ferdinand Topacio will be representing her case which included several counts of cyberlibel.
The entrepreneur-film producer firmly attested that she does not know Cubales personally and is oblivious to the reason behind this unprovoked lambasting on social media.
Atty. Topacio went on to explain that if Mandaluyong’s Office of the Prosecutor finds probable cause, the case will definitely go to court and there will be a
warrant of arrest issued.
Will Ms. Baby Go be open to pre-trial negotiations if initiated by the accused or would she rather see the case through the very end?
“Ang sinabi niya, uubusin daw niya ang kayamanan niya [to win the lawsuit],” she added.
The lady producer has been producing independent movies since 2013 and is currently the publisher of 2 magazines.
