The Mystery of Malacanang’s 100 Million Man
It’s called a mystery if one needs to uncover something. In this case, we are talking about the alleged captain of “kupitan” (embezzlement), the “El Kupitan” who is good at daylight robbery.
So, where can we find this “100 Million Man”?
Well, according to rumors, he is said to be a member of the Marcos administration. And this isn’t his first rodeo. He needed to have practice so he also did this during the campaign period.
Just like the fad lately where some awards are up for grabs, allegedly, you can pay 100 million just as would in a placement agency so you’d get appointed as an official.
This individual is said to be close to President Marcos so he takes advantage of this fact.
That 100 million will have this individual fixing your papers hinself/herself so one will get appointed in the blink of an eye!
During the campaign period, transaction with the businessmen who wanted to donate also went through the same modus operandi.
A generous patron allegedly offered to donate that amount himself but was shocked when he was given the bank account number of “El Kupitan”.
Until now, it is a mystery to him whether that amount went to its intended recipient or it’s sitting in an offshore account somewhere.
Right now, quick mouths call this individual by a new nickname, “Silidonyo”, because what he/she does is “silid doon, silid dito” (pocket here, pocket there) so other people who are close to PBBM are allegedly losing their patience when it comes to this matter, as this might taint the Marcos administration’s image.
And, they are right to be worried. Seasoned journalists such as Mike Enriquez and Arnold Clavio have already discussed the topic on their respective radio programs, as well as DZXL and a Net 25 show.
When there’s smoke, there’s bound to be fire, they say. Ah, but that is gossip. Though a cute little actress said recently that gossip is history.
I have to agree though. If our dear president does not do anything, then gossip may turn into facts into people’s minds and the “100 Million Man” may very well be part of our future history.
Would the “100 Million Man” not just siphon funds with his existence, if proven true, but also siphon the truth in our history?
