Little Princess GMA Cast Wants Magic Legends Game to be Real

MOBA games, or the 5v5 player vs. player type of games, are all the rage these days. League of Legends walked so that Mobile Legends can run. That is why in a clip from the episode of Little Princess, a new TV series which is part of the GMA Afternoon Prime.

The said clip features Magic Legends, a fictional MOBA PC game which is integral to the development of Princess’ (Jo Berry) storyline. Episode 4 features her team, Princess Warriors, battling players from all over the world to eventually become the Magic Legends champion.

In the recent interview with selected entertainment bloggers, the cast members were asked that if given the chance to design a game, what kind of game will it be?

“Gusto ko din yung ganun, kagaya nung theme ng Magic Legends…per team sila and may ipagtatanggol sila na castle,” said Jo Berry.

One wouldn’t have imagined it, but Angelika dela Cruz, who plays Elisse, actually plays Call of Duty regularly. She also likes the concept of Magic Legends with some additional elements. “Gusto ko yung may important thing na may kailangang i-rescue,” she specified. She was also able to confirm with this writer that she was referring to the elements of an RPG, or a role-playing game.

“Sa tunay kasi, hindi ako gamer, lover lang ako,” joked Rodjun Cruz, who plays Jaxon, befor answering. “Yun nga, yung Magic Legends, ang maganda kasi yung magsasama-sama kayo mag-eenjoy sa mission. Parang sa buhay, kasama mo yung pamilya mo sa mission na yun, at siyempre gusto mong ma-accomplish yung mission na yun,” he added.

But, Juancho Trivino chose to let his imagination run wild. “Ang pinakacrazy na naisip ko, parang Counterstrike pero characters ng mga action roles sa GMA before,” he said.

Little Princess revolves around the story of Princess M. Montivano, a little person with big dreams such as becoming a renowned gamer and reuniting with her estranged father.

Other cast members are Jestoni Alarcon, Geneva Cruz, Therese Malvar, Jenine Desiderio, Lander Vera-Perez, Chuckie Dreyfus, etc.

It airs right after Prima Donnas Season 2.
